The committee also encourages local chapters to involve themselves in community service initiatives geared toward senior citizens. Accomplishments: Reduced the age of Senior Kappas from 65 to 60 years, achieved 85% chapter participation, and implemented the Senior Kappa Affairs Breakfast at the Grand Chapter Conclave.

Meetings are conducted within the designated time frame and are governed by Robert's Rules of Order.
